Through a strategic partnership with the Women’s Resource Center, the Steelcase Foundation’s $10 million, 10-year Investment in Families Initiative is looking to hire a coordinator to serve as a coach, systems navigator, and strategic thought partner to the cohort of 30 Black and Latina mothers in the initiative, facilitating their self-determined goals. The coordinator position will be employed by the Women’s Resource Center to connect the cohort to the Center’s programming and support, helping to facilitate their self-determined goals. The initiative, in partnership with DataWise Consulting, LLC, aims to reimagine family support and address systemic issues impacting families, particularly focusing on Black and Latina mothers.
