In 2024, the Steelcase Foundation deepened its commitment to community-driven change, focusing on belonging, trust, and dignity. Through partnerships, leadership development, and the launch of the 10-year Investment in Families Initiative, the Foundation supported families, educators, and nonprofit leaders in shaping their own paths to success. Efforts to address loneliness and strengthen connection highlighted the power of relationships in creating lasting impact.
