In 2023, the Steelcase Foundation awarded a three-year $225,000 grant to West Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Foundation to support its Talent Development Programming. Through the grant, WMHCC refined its LEADeres and Futuro Leaders Fellowship programs which support students and young professionals through workshops, networking opportunities and one-on-one coaching to empower the next generation of Latinx workforce.
