As you may have seen in the news today, Steelcase Inc. has reached an agreement to be acquired by HNI Corporation, with the transaction expected to close at the end of 2025. While Steelcase Foundation is an independent entity from Steelcase Inc, we recognize change often brings questions so we’re writing to affirm this shift will have no impact on our current commitments or the causes we support. The Steelcase Foundation will continue to operate with the same passion, purpose, and integrity that has always guided our work. We remain focused on executing our strategic plan to deliver impact for the communities we serve and committed to maintaining the integrity of our mission throughout this process.
